According to instructions issued in R.M.R.C.No.204/V2/2014-17, Dt.14-02-2017, a Central Police Canteen was inaugurated on 9-12-2016 by the then Director General of Police, A.P., Mangalagiri for the welfare of men and Officers in the premises of A.R., Hqrs, M.R. Palli Police lines, Tirupati. The working hours is 9:00 hrs to 13:00 hrs and 16:30 hrs to 20:00 hrs and weekly holiday is on Monday for maintenance.
Mineral Water plant is installed at A.R Hqrs, M.R Palli Police lines, Tirupati during the month of December 2005. Total 372 persons are enrolled for supplying the mineral water on payment basis. Among them, amounts are being collected from 136 persons from their salaries and remaining amount is being collected by hand.
Each connection price Rs. 101 for door delivery and Rs.51 is for self-service. The Welfare Officer Sri V.Sreenivasulu RI, A.R., is looking after the supervision of mineral water plant transactions including maintenance of accounts.
Hospital is situated at M.R.Palli Police quarters. Smt. Dr. N. Sri Latha, M.D. is appointed as Unit Medical Officer on deputation. One ARHC and one WHG are allotted to assist the Medical Officer. As per the instructions of Chief Office the medicines are being supplied by the Commandant 9th Bn. A.P.S.P, Venkatagiri Nellore District. At present one Lab Technician (Home guard) was appointed to the Unit Medical Hospital.In addition to that, for emergency purpose required medicines and injections are being purchased once in two months locally with proper permission by claiming the bills.
Garuda Police Barracks and Rest House, Tirumala is constructed and inaugurated on 28-4-2018. The following committee was formed for fixation of the tariff of the rooms and also temporarily look after the administration and management of Garuda Police Barracks and Rest House, Tirumala in all aspects vide C. No. 01/SP-CO/TML/2018, dt. 24-4-2018.

On welfare measures, Police Fitness & Health Center (Gym-Trigger) is newly constructed in M.R.Palli Police parade grounds, Tirupati and it was inaugurated on 23-10-2018 by beloved Sri R.P.Thakur, I.P.S., Director General of Police, A.P., Vijayawada with all equipment.
